Small Group Classes Starting Nov 23rd - one spot remaining!

We are opening up a few small group classes with Sabrina Faith Simpson - Mountain Life Pilates' Guest Instructor.

Class times are Mondays at 2pm, 3:30pm (full) and 5:10pm (full), and will be 55min in length.

Please fill out the online intake form, or email to register for the upcoming 4-week block ($120 for 4 weeks, starting Nov 23rd).

Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines will be followed:

  • Classes are limited to 3 people max, so that we can maintain spacing of 2m
  • Please wear a mask, instructors will also be wearing a mask
  • Thorough cleaning of all equipment will be carried out between classes
  • Please do not come early or hang around for long after your class time to avoid overlap
  • DO NOT COME if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, or who is suspected of having Covid-19

** Note:  If there is a second lockdown, you will be fully refunded for unattended classes
