Post-Natal Re-Introduction to Core

This class, intended for mothers minimum 8 weeks post-partum, will introduce the basics of core and pelvic floor muscle function, and how to incorporate them into movement. The goal of this class is to help you to safely and effectively promote recovery and re-introduce activity post-delivery.

Mondays 5-5:50pm or Wednesdays 9:10am-10am

$150 for 6 weeks, starting Oct 21 and 16, respectively

“On a hunch” Posture class

Do you feel like your body shape is slowly molding to the shape of your desk chair?  Does your posture affect your confidence in your physical ability?  Try this class, which will give you the awareness and strength to adopt and maintain good postural habits.

Mondays 7-7:50pm or Tuesdays 12-12:50pm

$150 for 6 weeks, starting Oct 21 and 15, respectively

Ski Smart

Winter is coming in hot!… Er, I mean cold!  Make the most out of your ski season this year by doing your due diligence before it starts.  Activate and strengthen good motor patterns to help improve ski/snowboard performance and prevent injury.

Mondays 6-6:50pm or Wednesdays 6:30-7:20am

$150 for 6 weeks, starting Oct 21 and 16, respectively
